Shipping policy
Shipment processing time. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All beverages require a shipping fee based on carrier rate.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time. 2-5 business days
Cost of delivery. Free
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. NBH ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes. NBH is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs, taxes, etc.
Damages. NBH is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Times. We cannot accommodate select times. No exceptions.
- If you order before 3:30 pm - you will receive your package by 9 pm the same day
- If you order past 3:30 pm - you will receive the package by 9 pm the following day
- We do not promise deliveries before 9 pm
- You must be fully age verified by our third verification party company or manually.
Free Same Day Delivery. Free same day delivery is offered after you spend $60.00 or more. If you do not spend $60.00 or more, we will mail your package for free or you can pay $10 delivery fee. If you order before 3:30 pm we guarantee delivery by 9 pm the same day.
Delivery Zone. We only do same-day delivery within the zone published on our Website. If your order switches to free same-day shipping that means you are not in the zone.
Locked Apartments. If your apartment is locked and we cannot drop off your product in a secure place, we will attempt delivery on the next day. In the morning, we will call or email you to figure out the best way to receive your package.
If your package is late. Late deliveries happen. If it is our fault, we will make it right! If it is due to weather, holidays, unrest, or pandemic, we will do our best to deliver the package the same day. If not, we will deliver it the next day.
